To access your certifications on our new member portal, you will need to create an account. Your email will be your username. Once your account is created, you can see your certifications under the ‘certifications’ tab.
I just logged on to the member portal – attempting renew my CADDCT AND CDP which should be due in January 2026. I first saw that my history said my last certification was in 2024. I had to re-log in due to an interruption here at home. When I logged in the second (and third time) — my certification history for CADDCT shows 2021 and CDP shows 2020 !!!! THIS is incorrect. It is noted that this is a BETA system – but I request a call – or assistance a re-certifying at the Dec 2025 rate — PLEASE call me at 217-491-0532 — anytime this coming week – after 1 p.m. Eastern Time. I do not have access to a computer every day (I am traveling for the holiday) — so please connect with me to set up a time for when I get home that I can discuss and have someone walk me through re-certification.
